What began more than 160 years ago has grown now into a charming tradition that spans the globe. After years full of changes, the new Manufactory has been accommodating the production facilities, the Demonstration Workshop and a restaurant under one roof since 2010. This is now even supplemented by the new “Entdeckerwelt” (Discovery World) for children, which opened in March 2018 right next to the Manufactory. In the modern rooms of Herrnhuter Sterne Manufaktur, diligent hands are folding and pasting, not only to produce the small and large points for the famous Herrnhuter Sterne, but also to give visitors a firsthand experience of the traditional custom and handicraft in the demonstration workshop.
